My name is Eshe Asale and I am the owner and founder of Holistic Health For Self. 

 

I am dedicated to providing quality articles, covering all aspects of natural health and alternative therapies, to assist in bringing awareness to those interested in securing and maintaining health for mind, body, spirit and emotions. 

 

I have an MA in Media and Communications and a BA in Writing and Publishing and Film Studies and have worked as a freelance writer for over 25 years, contributing to a variety of print and online publications. I am also a Certified Massage Therapist and Holistic Practitioner.

 

Massage Therapy introduced me to essential oils and awakened an interest in natural-based products. This has led to me developing the Bast Naturals brand, which consists of perfumes, massage oils, spritzers and bath oils. 

 

As a writer, I have created content for numerous businesses and articles for print and online publications. More recently I have created a variety of online courses for distance learning colleges. 

 

We are now in a brand new decade and have made a dramatic shift this year on a global level. In response to this transformation, I have decided to create a selection of online courses by way of Crystal Temple Healers Academy. 

 

Jewellery design is another of my creative outlets and a passion. I had a desire to create pieces to would adorn, balance and heal on an energetic level, hence the brand name Chakra Adornments.
